Want to book an appointment?

You can view and book an appointment with our therapists using our online calendar. If you’re having trouble or have a question you are welcome to contact us. Please be aware counselling appointments with Jane may need to be booked directly with her, and appointments with Nicky also need to be booked directly

Cancellation policy 

Please be aware we have a cancellation policy at Therapy Centre. If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask for 24hours notice. If you are changing your appointment over 24hours, you can contact your therapist or change your appointment via the Fresha booking app.

If you do not provide 24hours notice, we charge 50% of the appointment cost. If you cancel your appointment with less than 6hours notice, we will charge the full appointment cost. Please be aware that if you persistently and frequently cancel your appointments, we reserve the right to refuse to book an appointment for you.
